Playroom Etiquette
The following etiquette is shared with every family at check-in. Thank you for helping us keep this space joyful and safe for all our young guests.
Opening Hours · 10:30 – 19:00
Children aged 5–12 are welcome to enjoy the playroom independently. Children aged 2–5 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. For families who prefer assistance, our certified caretakers offer dedicated supervision for children aged 2–5 at an additional charge.
Footwear is to be removed at the entrance. Outside food and drinks are not permitted; light snacks and refreshments may be ordered through the concierge. Toys and play materials should be returned to their place after use.
For the comfort of all guests, please keep voices and play at a level that respects neighbouring rooms. Our staff are present throughout the day and are happy to assist with any request.
